Dialogue Facilitators

To effectively help employees work through workplace conflict, faculty and staff across campus have completed a five-day intensive training program in mediation sponsored by the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources (OSHR).  Training included a combination of instruction on mediation concepts, principles, skills and techniques, and practice in role-plays to simulate actual conflict and communication challenges that employees may face.  OCMS maintains this pool of talent to eliminate any possible bias or conflict of interest in our work.
